Greetings Raoul - Switzerland

Playtime by Joan + breeding by WildTafari = a perfectly socialized and lovable 10 week old Savannah :) As we began the search for our Savannah we quickly realized that finding the right breeder would not be an easy task.

For example, being a TICA registered breeder is what you want but it isn't enough. If the breeder is either too large or too part-time they would most likely not socialize their kittens which is equally (if not more important) as their F designations and markings. However, after watching all of their videos and speaking with them, we knew we found the perfect match.

In addition to our baby's stunning markings, he is the perfect blend of friendliness and intelligence that truly is awe inspiring as your site suggests.

On his arrival, he adjusted to us instantly and even began to play fetch the very next day. He follows us everywhere, jumps into our laps every chance he gets and even looks forward to climbing under the covers with us at bedtime.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to purchase from WildTafari!

Dear Kelli,

Our kittens are about the size of adult cats right now.  They are a constant source of amusement with their antics.  They're personalities are so different.  Isis seems to like men and has loved up to my husband who has gone from "I hate cats!" to "Come in and see our 'wild cats'", to whomever comes to our door. :)   All of our friends are amazed at the kittens' intelligence, their beauty, and that they use the toilet so I don't have to clean a cat box.

Isis is the kitten who will curl up and cat nap in my husbands lap, on my computer keyboard, or where ever she feels like laying.  She loves to play fetch with "her bird", and will growl at Gracie, (our German Shepherd), and Tut if they get too close to her bird.  Isis is the Queen of the house and Gracie likes to tease her and take her toys - Gracie is not affected by her growls of warning to stay away.  Isis knows how to turn doorknobs to open doors and loves to go into the bathroom with me, (and Gracie, and Tutt), then open the door leaving me in a very vulnerable position.  I had to get into the habit of locking the door!  :)  Isis loves to go outside and will go to her halter and put her head through it to try to convince us to let her out.  She will walk on her leash easily and we get odd looks when she walks next to Gracie going down the road to work as Therapy Pets at our Assisted Living.

Tut is the obvious lover who craves petting and snuggling.  He is our "naughty boy" who is always into everything, then will come over to love you when he gets into trouble.  It's impossible to stay mad at him.  He loves to wrestle and attacks the other pets often, getting lots of growls from Isis, but Gracie gladly plays with him.  Tut will only sleep with Gracie in her kennel or in the top of his tree house.  He refuses to walk on a leash, so he gets carried in a carrier.  He will tolerate his halter so he can go outside, but he is also an escape artist so we have to keep a constant eye on him.  Tut is a bit stubborn. :)   The thing is, that Tut is the favorite Therapy pet at the Assisted Living Facility!  He is so loving and playful that they all love him.

Both kittens can open the kitchen cupboards and have stolen the treats on several occasions. Fortunately I have always caught them before they had the package chewed completely open.

The only problem we have had was that Tut caught a bug at the Vet's office when he was neutered.  I was able to quickly see it - (fortunately neither of them can flush the toilet, yet), and got the medication to clear it up.  Both Tut and Isis were treated and Isis would take her medicine so nicely, but Tut.....  ;)

It's obvious that these kittens are more like my babies than pets, and they are awesome!!!  Thank you sooooo much for them!

That’s my lovely Leo Savannah cat 7 mos old. Owns it around here. I wouldn’t trade Leo in for nothing he’s been a complete joy to us. Personality hand down is so much different from a typical house cat. He’s warm and compassionate and we feel that bond with him like we’ve never felt with our bengals. Leo always puts us first where as the bengals made us work for their love and attention. Stan is even considering a female to possibly breed. We love them that much.

Amari is doing great! He is so fun, we’ve never had a cat like him before. He loves our dog Rex and he loves to travel with us and go to the barn with our horse. He loves to hop in the shower when you are showering or bathing. He’s so silly. Everyone at the vets office loves him! We’ve been offered free cat sitting - go figure. He’s even been to school to visit the kids. He is a joy in our life. He’s definitely a people person. Whatever room we’re in he follows us. He especially loves to sit in the kitchen sink when you’re doing dishes. Anywhere there’s water there’s Amari. He is so affectionate and loves our handicap baby. He sleeps at the top of her head every night. It’s so sweet. It’s almost like he knows and has a bond with her. We just love and adore him. Thank you again.

I could not be happier, I love my babies!!! I have been passing your website to my fellow soldiers and close friends. These cats are so amazing! My boys are both growing and have such personalities. When I was gone for military training, they showed my husband everyday that they missed me and have not left my side since I have gotten home. They love water, dive bombing into toilet (if seats are left up), dog water dish and jump in the shower and right back out just to flip some water out. The romp and run all the time. They are soooo loveable. Zazu has now passed Rafiki in size.  They are very mischievous and keep on my toes (I am always laughing at them). I love them to death, they make me smile each day. Of course they greet me when I come home, follow me around and then sleep with me at night. At times Rafiki likes to sleep with our dog. The dog and he play together and he loves it. Luna (my German Shepherd) realizes his smaller size and treats him like a little baby. She lets him pounce, bite and jump all over her. It is the cutest. They are great cats!!! We just love them.

Gosh, this kitten is absolutely beautiful, he has come out of his shell and is very playful. Bandit has been letting our kids pet him and sleeping with my husband and I. Him and Rocco get along very well also!

My husband really did his homework when researching cat breeds when I had asked for a kitten for my birthday. He found Savannah’s to be the friendliest, great with children, and great with other animals already in our home. Silas has made the perfect addition to our family. Wild Tafari did an excellent job raising him. From the minute we opened his carrier when we first brought him home, Silas was so lovable, affectionate, and fit right in! He sleeps in my bed at night and has to be right up against me and he’s always giving us headbutts to say hello. He is so curious about everything we are doing and he needs to be a part of all the action! He quickly bonded with my youngest son and they are already inseparable! :) Thank you so much for our newest best friend. You truly did an amazing job bringing up this little guy - he’s purrfect!

From the time I first decided to adopt to the moment I received Nala and even after, you have been the most supportive and kind. Every week you emailed me pictures of my princess and gave me updates. The process was just amazing. The pictures and updates made me feel so connected to her even before I met her, and I truly felt it was an amazing journey. Nala is doing amazing. She is so adorable and has the most amazing personality and quite an appetite! She is so funny and makes the entire family laugh whenever we all gather. She is so sweet she even let my little cousin put this dress on her! So cute! Nala has such a kind temperament, gets along with children, and has already made friends with our family dog! I feel like each day she learns something new and teaches us something new. I couldn't have asked for anything better. You are the best Savannah breeders bottom line! Thank you so much for blessing our family with our perfect baby girl, and I will definitely be contacting you in the near future when Nala is a bit older to adopt her a little brother or sister! Thank you so much again! :D

Thank you,

Just wanted to update you both on how “Jedi” is doing. He just turned 5 months old this past week. He was out of one of your litters of F3‘s. He already stands as tall as “Maddi” our F2 female from another breeder! They get along so well together like brother and sister. He’s been such a great addition to our family and our children just love him and he enjoys them! He is such a sweet loving kitten! We couldn’t be happier having chosen a kitten from your cattery! Hope all is well!

Thanks again! :)

Kenya is doing good and she went to the vet and she is in perfect health. She is so funny and playful. She goes into each dog bed and boots the dogs out and then she plops down where they were laying. She controls the house!  She is getting long and tall already. My daughter is sitting on the floor playing with the feather teaser toy and she says she loves her like having a baby sister! :)

Wild Tafari Reviews Savannah Cat Breeder

.......................................................

Hi guys! I just wanted to take a few moments to tell you how grateful and happy I am with my two babies.  I am very happy that after adopting Tau, I made the decision to adopt his brother Obi.  It was such a good thing for Tau to have his older brother here with him, as Obi is much more outgoing and adventurous, he inspires his younger brother Tau to tag along.  They love to run around and play with each other and sleep together, I can’t imagine separating these two, or me from them for that matter.  I love that when I get up in the morning they’re just waiting for me to say good morning, before they come running up to say hello, and when I come home after work, they come running up to greet me.  It puts a huge smile on my face and makes any work related cares melt away.

I also can’t thank you all enough for always being there via email or phone to answer questions or concerns or just to share a friendly conversation about life and animals.  It’s great to know that you all care so much not only about your babies that you let us adopt, but that you care about your owners as well.  That’s a rare combination in today’s environment, of get the money and run style that some companies have taken.  I wish you all nothing but the best and consider you all not just breeders, but friends and I look forward to sharing photos and stories with you all as these amazing babies grow.

Hi,

A few days short of being six months old, Boomer was neutered this morning. He's been a little hellion since, and somewhat loopy. He just outgrew his first harness, as the chest was too tight. He's taken to Leslie the most, but I get plenty of affection too. He has been getting used to car rides, albeit slowly, except for the ride to the vet this morning in the dark, which he didn't like much. He doesn't like outside much yet, even with a sweater, as it's been really cold lately, at or below freezing. When at a store, he already draws a crowd and has been mistaken for a bengal, a bobcat, and an ocelot.

He fetches like a dog, and even growls like one when he gets a new toy and doesn't want to share. He's very insistent on his wet feeding time. We did have to switch back to regular litter because my wife ended up being allergic to the pine. He gets plenty of exercise, so isn't destructive at all. "Boomy," as Leslie calls him, isn't much to be picked up, but he is a real lover and snuggler when he wants to nap. He will sleep with any of us.

We love having him, and thank you for being the breeder to adopt him out to us. Thank you both for your professionalism and care. As brief as our interactions were, I caught a glimpse of how busy but satisfying Savannah breeding is for you. I look forward to adopting the next one, hopefully a breeding one, but that's a piece down the road.

Michael - Washington
